Overview of the company

Ocean Housing Ltd is a not for profit, charitable registered provider of social and affordable housing based in Cornwall. They have over 4500 properties throughout Cornwall and are part of the Cornwall HomeChoice ‘Choice Based Lettings’ scheme. Ocean Housing are passionate about affordable housing and believe it's not just about the buildings, but about the people who turn them into homes. [1]

They're slogan is "at the heart of the community" so it's clear that they care not just about selling homes to people but also helping the people who need homes to get onto the housing ladder. They care not just about the product they are selling but "the people and the community who will call it home"

Ocean housing are fairly active on social media, they have a Twitter (1,600 followers) and a Facebook page (1,700 likes/followers), however, the posts are quite general so have minimal likes/favourites/retweets. Therefore I think they could really benefit from having a short video that has information about what they do and their core values, to help people engage with their brand and share.
