"Your photos showcase the show home very well but I was hoping to see more of the storyline including the development outside through its various stages from the ground up before you step inside the show home itself. It looks like you visited Phase 1 which is near completion but Phase 2 is still in development and would be a good place to showcase the build process.

Remember - We want to educate the viewer about Shared ownership as they may not know it is the solution to their problems but we also need to win their hearts & confidence to buy our quality builds.

Take them through a journey in 3mins so that by the end they are more informed about the benefits of Shared Ownership and why they should buy from Ocean.

The storyline – from the ground up and beyond

We’d like to show potential homeowners the whole lifecycle of their new home, the development and how they will become very much part of a brand new community. It’s a life changing moment for some when they realise they can turn a dream into a reality and actually afford to buy a home where they want to and be part of something new and exciting. It is not just about the product they are buying – the people and the community who will call it home, as well as the staff who will be assisting them on their journey, should come across in the video. Nic will be able to discuss with you who you envisage contributing to the ‘people’ element or voice overs."
